At Malino Martial Arts, we believe that martial arts training is about self defense, physical fitness, mental and emotional growth. Our philosophy is based on the principles of respect, self-discipline, and dedication.
Using Krav Maga and Kickboxing, students learn how to defend themselves quickly and effectively!
Our self-defense classes are designed to teach practical techniques that can be used in real-world situations. We focus on "street style "self defense, following the Krav Maga concepts that attackers are stronger, bigger and have friends. This is not a fair fight, there are no rules if you are attacked.
Students learn how to effectively strike and become proficient in self-defense techniques through training at Malino Martial Arts.
Beyond the self defense training, our classes help you get in shape and stay healthy. Through training, your cardio ability, strength and flexibility are all being increased. Training will help you attain your fitness goals!
